Prof. Louie Divinagracia, M.Sc., DBA. - Dean of UPH Surabaya Business School, Head of the MM Study Program
Prof. Louie Divinagracia, M. Sc., DBA joined UPH Surabaya in May 2008 as Dean of UPH Surabaya Fakultas Ekonomi and Head of the MM Study Program. Starting Academic Year 2009-10, he has also been appointed as Head of LPPM and Coordinator for International Relations. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines, obtained his Master of Science degree from Kansas State University, and Doctor of Business Administration degree from De La Salle University.

Ronald, S.T., M.M joined UPH Surabaya in May 2009 as a faculty member in UPH Surabaya Business School. Starting from Academic Year 2010 – 2011, he was appointed as the Deputy of Management Study Program. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from Surabaya University and also his Master Degree in Management from Surabaya University.

Hastuti Naibaho, S.E., M.Si - Lecturer of Business School. Hastuti joined UPH Surabaya in April 2009. She earned her master degree in Human Resource Management from North Sumatera University.
Lulu Setiawati, S.E., M.Bus - Deputy Head of Accounting Department
Lulu Setiawati joined UPH Surabaya in January 2009 as Finance Lecturer. Starting May 2009, she has appointed as Deputy Head of Accounting Department and Academic Adviser of students – Accounting Study Program. She earned her Bachelor of Economics from Petra Christian University, obtained her Master of Business from RMIT University

She also obtained her Master of Management Degree from Universitas Surabaya.

Evelyn, S.E, M.Sa joined UPH Surabaya in Mei 2011 as full time lecturer in Accounting Department. She earned her bachelor degree in Economics from Surabaya University (Ubaya). Her master degree in Science Accounting was obtained from Brawijaya University.

Vierly Ananta Upa, SE., Ak., joined UPH Surabaya in March 2011 as a full time Accounting lecturer. She earned her bachelor degree in Accounting from Universitas Brawijaya, Malang. She also earned Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi from Universitas Brawijaya. Now, she is taking Master Degree of Accounting in Universitas Brawijaya.

Yanuar Dananjaya B.Sc, M.M joined UPH Surabaya in August 2011 as a full time lecturer in Faculty of Management. He earned his bachelor degree in Physics from National University of Singapore and Magister Manajemen degree from Widya Mandala University. His research interest is in investment, international finance, and corporate finance.
