PJohn Prof. John Batubara - Dean of UPH Surabaya School of Creative Industry

John Batubara received his bachelor degree in Physics and Master’s degree in Opto-electronics and Laser Applications from University of Indonesia, in 1975 and 1981, respectively. His longtime teaching job was at the Medical School University of Indonesia from 1975 until 1997. After he finished his research on Micro-Optics at University of Indonesia and Tokyo Institute of Technology, he earned Doctor of Engineering from University of Indonesia in 1987. He joined Universitas Pelita Harapan in Karawaci, Tangerang in 1994 and he started the position as the Head of Electrical Engineering Department. In 1997 he was appointed as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and in 2000 he was promoted as the Dean of Faculty of Industrial Technology. He also appointed as Vice Rector for Academic Affairs from July 2006 to June 2007 while he still served as the Dean of Faculty of Industrial Technology. In 2008, he moved to Surabaya and to serve as Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Universitas Pelita Harapan Surabaya and also the Dean of Faculty of Industrial Technology. He is an active member of Optical Society of America (OSA) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) joining the IEEE Communications Society and IEEE Photonics Society. He continuously serves as an Overseas Program Committee member of Micro-Optics Conferences sponsored by the Japan Society of Applied Physics from 1997 up to now.

PLasman Lasman Parulian Purba, ST., M. Eng - Industrial Engineering Deparment

Lasman Parulian Purba, ST., M. Eng got a full scholarship to take a Master of Engineering Degree from Thai Government namely The NRCT-JSPS (National Research Council of Thailand – Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) from the Prince of Songkla University Thailand (PSU Hat Yai Campus) in 2006. His bachelor degree in engineering was from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya. He joined Universitas Pelita Harapan Surabaya (UPH Surabaya) after he graduated in 2009 as full time lecturer of School of Creative Industry. His Master of Engineering Certificate and Transcript has been graded equivalent by DIRJEN DIKTI on April 2010.

Dian Trihastuti - Lecturer of Industrial Engineering Department.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Surabaya (2004). In 2007 she received her Master degree in Engineering (Integrated Logistic Management) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Australia. Her research interests include supply chain management, risk analysis and serve quality management.

bulusia Lusia Permata Sari Hartanti, S.T., M. Eng - Lecturer of Industrial Engineering Department.

She earned bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University (2002). In 2009, she got academic scholarship from Ministry of National Education to take Master Degree in Engineering of Joint Program of Gadjah Mada University – Institut Teknologi Bandung. She joined UPH Surabaya in July 2011..
