Prof.Dr. Marthen Pali, M.Psi - Dean of UPH Surabaya Faculty of Psychology
Prof. Dr. Marthen Pali. M.Psi earned his Bachelor degree in Counseling from IKIP Malan and both Master and Doctor degrees in Psychology from Universitas of Indonesia. He has extensive experiences in managing educational institution. Before working in UPH Surabaya Campus, he was the Director of Graduate program in Universitas Negeri Malang.
He had been selected as a researcher in the National Research Council from 1995-2002. Right now, he is still actively joining professional organizations such as Ikatan Instrumentasi Bimbingan Konseling Indonesia and Himpunan Masyarakat Psikologi Indonesia.
Firmanto Adi S.Psi., M.Si. - Head of UPH Surabaya Psychology Deparment
Firmanto Adi Nurcahyo S.Psi., M.Si graduated cum laude from Gadjah Mada University for both his Bachelor and Master degrees. He took psychometric as major in his Master study, which led him to teach relevant subjects (i.e., Statistics, Research Methodology, test Construction, Experimental Psychology, etc.) in UPH Surabaya Campus. His research interests include test development, social psychology, music psychology, and cross-cultural psychology.
He is an active member of Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) Jawa Timur. He has joined several international conferences, and once been awarded a travel grant to present his paper in Australia.

Syanne Helly, S.Psi., MM., MSc
Syanne Helly got her Bachelor degree from Airlangga University. She was awarded as the second winner of Mahasiswa Teladan in two consecutive years (1996 and 1997) during her study in Airlangga University. She graduated cum laude from the MM program of Gadjah Mada University and was once chosen to join the student exchange program in National University of Singapore. She earned her MSc (Research) degree in Organisational Behaviour from prestigious London School of Economics, UK.
In year 2009, she was awarded as one of the finalists of Indonesia’s Young Women Future Business Leaders by SWA Magazine. She has been actively participating in many international conferences, such as World Convention of International Confederation of Principals in Singapore, International Journal of Arts and Sciences Conference in Harvard University, USA., etc.
Yusak Novanto, S.Psi, M.Psi, Psikolog
Yusak Novanto earned both his Bachelor and Master degrees from Universitas Indonesia. Majored in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology in his Master degree, he is now an active member of APIO (Asosiasi Psikolog Industri Organisasi), Surabaya. His research interests include Industrial/ Organizational psychology, Consumer Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership, etc.
As the full-time lecturer of the Faculty of Psychology, he has also been assigned to help in the Marketing Department as the Assistant Marketing Manager since year 2008.
