Sari Mandiana, SH.MS Dean and Head of the Magister of Law Study Program.
Sari Mardiana joined the Faculty of Law, University of Pelita Harapan Surabaya in Mei 2008. She earned her Bachelor degree in law from Surabaya University, and her Magister of Law from Airlangga University. She has been lecturer for 30 years in the Faculty of Law expertise in Criminal Law.
Dr. Jusup Jacobus Setyabudhi, S.H., M.S. joined UPH Surabaya in 1st September 2008 as full time lecturer of the Faculty of Law of UPH Surabaya. Dr. Jusup Jacobus Setyabudhi, S.H., M.S. earned his Sarjana Hukum Degree from the University of Jember and his Master Degree from the University of Airlangga Surabaya. He also earned his Doctoral Degree from the University of Airlangga Surabaya.
Rosalinda E. Latumahina - Lecturer of Faculty of Law
Rosalinda joined UPH Surabaya in November 2008 as a lecturer in the Faculty of Law. She received her master degree, specialized in notary, from Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), as well as her bachelor degree. In order to complete her theoretical background, she worked as a legal staff of a property management owned by Sinarmas Group for almost two years. Her specialization is in civil law and business law. But she’s also interested in some research topics, such as socio-legal studies and consumer protection law.
Agustin Widjiastuti, S.H., M.Hum - Lecturer of Faculty of Law
Agustin Widjiastuti is a member of Faculty of Law, Universitas Pelita Harapan. She earned Bachelor of Law from the University of Jember in 1986 and Master from Airlangga university in 1996.
Andyna Susiawati A., S.H., M.Kn., M.H. - Lecturer of Fakulty of Law
Andyna Susiawati A., S.H., M.Kn., M.H. earned Bachelor of Law from Surabaya University and both Master in Notary and Master in Business Law from Airlangga University. Currently she continue his doctoral degree in Law Science from same university.
